Silver Tie was founded in 2016 and in a short time has grown into an experienced team of permanent staff. Our strong internal structure and our extensive network allow our team to move quickly.
Who is Cardo Brussel?
At Cardo, we want to create new experiences for our guests. We want to do this not only through the hotel's experimental design, state-of-the-art meeting rooms but, above all, through the people who work here.
We therefore are looking for people with hospitality in their blood. People who always want to go the extra mile for both the guests and their colleagues. Here, we work as a team.

Expectations
We are looking for motivated people looking for a job in hospitality.
You speak sufficient English and preferably also have a notion of French and Dutch.
You are always nicely on time and well-groomed at your job.
Are you looking for a student job for the whole summer, a flexi job throughout the year or a new challenge in your life? Do you prefer working in the restaurant, at breakfast or prefer a high-end dinner? Or do you get totally happy working in a gastronomic kitchen? We have room for all these profiles in our team.
Your application process goes through Silver Tie where we first explore with you your talents and ambitions and in this way see which position at Cardo would best suit you.
Skills
Experience in hospitality and/or hotel business is a plus, but not required.
Don't have any experience yet, but very eager to learn new things? Then we will first schedule a training in which you will learn the basic skills and tricks of the trade. We offer training in both hosting, service and kitchen experience.

Wednesday at 17.30h
Saturday at 11h
You can sign up for these via the 'apply now' button and choose your preferred date.
2. After the info session we will do a short speed date to listen to what you are looking for. We schedule a training or trial day depending on your level of experience
3. You go on a trial day at Cardo under the guidance of one of our regular staff members
4. We evaluate the trial day together and look at the possibilities of getting started
